Australia 2004 Sydney is unique! And Sydney's opera house is not only a true landmark but center of city life.
A sunset I will never forget
We enjoyed both the skyscrapers in downtown but also the lovely parks
Sydney Zoo on the other side of the bay let us get a first impression of the enormous variety of animals living in Australia... and gave us a good view direction downtown
Besides strolling through the city with its shopping arcades, we also took a bus to get to Sydney's famous beaches.
The British influence can still be seen as all school children have to wear uniform...
One night we also visited the impressive aquarium with fish and sharks swimming in real sea water
