Can you see the sunshine on the pictures of Covent Garden below? Yes, we were really lucky!

Picture taking ended the first day at St. Paul's Cathedral as it got dark:

But even without a picture-proof, we had some more great hours this Saturday together with Anita (who we were visitng) and her colleagues who took us out into an Irish Pub.

The second day began with an extensive and relaxing walk through Hyde Park ending at the famous Speaker's Corner.

We finally spent some more hours shopping in Oxford street
("Selfrides" on the picture below)

London's "Tube" brought us relatively unexpensive to all edges of the city and finally back to London's Heathrow Airport

More pictures are definitely going to follow as we will definitely fly again to London because of the great impression we got from this metropolis!
