Seattle Space Needle has been built for EXPO'62 and is still one of the busiest attractions of the city with its height of 184m.
The skyscrapers are just a few blocks away from the old part of the city.
and with this size of buildings - some very special jobs are created.
Surprisingly - it's not just Starbuck's where you can spend lunchtime...
Pike Place market attracts millions of visitors each year and is really worth spending some time.
Unfortunately, Mt. Rainier in the background of Seattle's skyline and on every postcard was not in sight all vacation long.
